Tart Peach Kölsch 5.2% - The ripe peach compliments the subtle fruitiness from the Kölsch yeast in this bright, refreshing ale. Paired with a grilled spicy pork chop topped with caramelized peach glaze. 

ALOHA SCULPIN HAZY IPA - 7% - Award-winning IPA with a paradise vibe and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple, and guava. Paired with chicken pineapple skewers, topped with a habanero guava sauce. 

Manta Bay DIPA - 8.5% - Aromas of fresh, citrusy tangerine, melon and light pine leap from the beer and linger over a smooth finish served with yellowfin tuna fillet seared med-rare on a potato bun with caramelized onions, Dijon soy sauce, and a spicy citrus chili sauce. 

High West Barrel Aged Victory at Sea  12% -  Imperial Porter with coffee and vanilla aged in High West Bourbon and Rye Barrels paired with a chocolate cream puff.
