Local Dialect California Pilsner- 5.2% - Crisp and refreshing Pilsner with lite citrus notes paired with Chicken Scaloppine - chicken breast topped with lemon Buerre Blanc and capers served with angel hair pasta, artichokes,  and sun dried tomatoes.  

The Greyhound - 6.5% West Coast IPA finished with fresh grapefruit juice. Paired with a pork slider topped with arugula, grapefruit avocado salsa and drizzled with a jalapeño aioli.  

Gem of the Basilisk - 8% Hazy IPA featuring Huell Melon and Simcoe hops. Paired with Blackened Salmon topped with a tropical mango-papaya salsa. 

Show Your Work - 10.5% - Fresh Imperial Stout with light chocolate and coffee roast notes. Paired with Tiramisu - ladyfingers dipped in espresso and rum layered with creamed mascarpone custard topped with cocoa.
