Station No. 1 Red Ale - 6.5%

This mellow malt forward beer is a fabulous anytime brew. All about that malt, and not hoppy.  Paired with White Truffle Crab Mac and Cheese with a crunchy panko crust. 

 

White Dog IPA - 6.7%

Wheat gives the beer a lighter mouthfeel, and helps accentuate the bright citrus and grassy New Zealand hop notes.  The result is an IPA that Hop Heads will love.  Paired with sliced grilled tri tip topped with chimchurri sauce. 

 

Big Don DIPA - 8.9%

Lean and mean with an all Amercian two-row malt base, for simplicity's sake. Let the hops do the heavy lifting and all will work out just fine. Paired with a blackened chicken quesadilla with onions and peppers drizzled with a citrus la creama and mango papaya salsa. 

 

Casa Azul Amber Lager  -  4.6%

GABF Gold medal winning amber lager. This beer has a toasty, malty backbone with just a touch of caramel giving it body. Bone-dry and super refreshing.  Paired with a moist Tres Leches Cake topped with fresh whipped cream and swirls of caramel.
