Mosaic Session IPA is bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Paired with our delicious corn chowder topped with seasoned grilled shrimp and crispy bacon.  


Isomerizer IPA 7%

This single hop American IPA has aromas of passion fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit backed by subtle flavors of cracked wheat and finishes dry and hoppy. Paired with a grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy chipotle sauce. 


Big Barrel IIPA -9%

This effervescent brew pours bright and golden, with a juicy aroma of grapefruit and melon bursting from the glass. Warrior and Ahtanum hops add an assertive bitterness. Paired with sautéed veggies wrapped in a butterflied flat-iron steak topped with teriyaki sauce. 


Peanut Butter Cup Porter 5.6%


This decadent twist on a robust porter packs rich layers of smooth peanut butter and dark chocolate flavors. Paired with a Peanut Butter Chocolate Tiramisu.

This New England style hazy IPA is centered around its juicy flavorful haze. Paired with a tropical scallop ceviche.

An IPA bursting with flavorful Mosaic and Citra hops that is refined and yet adventurous. Paired with Chicken Tortilla Soup topped with cheese, tortilla strips, avocado, and la crema.

Lupulines IPA 7.5% - Heavily hopped with a Mosaic & Simcoe lupulin powder. Paired with a green chili chicken tamale topped with a hatch chili puree.

Manta Bay DIPA - 8.5% - Aromas of fresh, citrusy tangerine, melon and light pine leap from the beer and linger over a smooth finish served with yellowfin tuna fillet seared med-rare on a potato bun with caramelized onions, Dijon soy sauce, and a spicy citrus chili sauce.

Bro-Kini Collaboration   Hazy IPA 6.6% - This hazy IPA infused with fresh shaved coconut toasted in Pizza Port ovens is a result of a special collaboration of breweries. Paired with crunchy coconut shrimp and a sweet chili dipping sauce.

Lifted Embargo - American IPA 7.1% - This well crafted IPA is crisp and dry with a burst of citrus aroma, finishing with a signature bitterness from the finest hops. Paired with a grilled chicken breast, sautéed onions and peppers, smothered in a creamy poblano sauce and spicy la crema.

Strawberry Blonde 6% Fresh local strawberries are added to the classic Blonde which is a medium body beer that carries a delicious cereal malt,  notes of mango and honey, and rounded out with a mild spice. Paired with a strawberry balsamic chicken spinach wrap. 

Alpha Frequency IPA 7% New England IPA has a hoppy nose on this four hopped beer - mosaic, Galaxy, rakau and summer hops! Paired with a spicy lime chipotle boneless hot wings served with a spicy blue cheese dipping sauce. 

Danger Zone 10% - An aggressively hoped triple IPA that is surprisingly smooth.  Aromas of citrus tantalize the nose while orange rind and malt linger on the to tongue of this medium bodied brew. Paired with an agave habanero rubbed pork chop topped with a citrus marmalade. 

Unplugged 9.5% - Imperial Chocolate & Oatmeal Stout -  Dark chocolate and coffee flavors sing from the glass of this rich bold stout with evident roasted notes on the finish. Paired with a decadent German Chocolate cake.

This mellow malt forward beer is a fabulous anytime brew. All about that malt, and not hoppy.  Paired with White Truffle Crab Mac and Cheese with a crunchy panko crust. 

 

White Dog IPA - 6.7%

Wheat gives the beer a lighter mouthfeel, and helps accentuate the bright citrus and grassy New Zealand hop notes.  The result is an IPA that Hop Heads will love.  Paired with sliced grilled tri tip topped with chimchurri sauce. 

 

Big Don DIPA - 8.9%

Lean and mean with an all Amercian two-row malt base, for simplicity's sake. Let the hops do the heavy lifting and all will work out just fine. Paired with a blackened chicken quesadilla with onions and peppers drizzled with a citrus la creama and mango papaya salsa. 

 

Casa Azul Amber Lager  -  4.6%

GABF Gold medal winning amber lager. This beer has a toasty, malty backbone with just a touch of caramel giving it body. Bone-dry and super refreshing.  Paired with a moist Tres Leches Cake topped with fresh whipped cream and swirls of caramel.

Day Job 5.6% - A Pale Ale that is medium bodied and heavily hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Chinook. Paired with a creamy corn chowder with chili infused olive oil. 

Expatriate 6.9% - West Coast IPA that is brewed with two-row barley, a touch of English crystal malt, and loaded with new age American hops. Paired with a homemade sopes filled with a chorizo potato hash and topped with a spicy salsa, tropical avocado salsa, and queso fesca. 

Knotty 8.6%  -  A Gold Medal Winner Double IPA. Knotty is juicy and hop forward, bold and sunny. An indisputably dank Double IPA and remarkably drinkable hop bomb of a beer. Paired with albondigas (meatballs) topped with a spicy sauce, cilantro, and cotija cheese. 

Southbounder 7% -  Coffee Stout that is best described as "adult iced coffee".  Paired with a Giradrdelli Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream and toffee sauce.

Tropical Thunder - 5.8% Hazy Pale Ale bursting with notes of tropical fruit, orange, citrus, and fresh cut grass with moderate bitterness. Paired with mini crab cakes drizzled with orange-chipotle aïoli and served with a black bean salsa.

Pokin’ The Bear - 8% This Hazy Unfiltered Double IPA is a special release that features a smooth mouthfeel and full body with flavor notes of citrus, peach, and tropical fruit. Paired with a jerk chicken taco topped with fresh mango salsa and jerk hot sauce laced with peach.


Knuckle Sandwich DIPA - 10% This Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouthfeel to this heavy hitter. Paired with bbq flautas filled with a blend of cheese and bbq carnitas topped with melted cheese, avocado salsa, and chipotle ranch la crema.

Thai Tea Far Out IPA - 7% Thai Tea has been added to this tropical IPA which adds flavorful hints of orange creamsicle. Paired with crema catalana, a rich vanilla custard infused with orange citrus and a crisp “burnt” caramel crust...similar to crème brulee.

Anaheim Hefeweizen 5.5% is a traditonal German-style wheat beer that is unfiltered, giving it a hazy appearance. A special yeast gives this Hefeweizen a subtle clove aroma and a fruity hint of banana. Paired with chorizo stuffed plantain fritters topped with a cilantro lime aioli. 

Anaheim Red 5.5% - A medium-bodied ale with a rich, malty, caramel character and a smooth finish. Paired with bbq salmon drizzled with savory bbq sauce. 

Coast to Coast IPA 7% - Classic New England Style IPA brewed with just four ingredients:  water, pale malted barley, Columbus hops, and ale yeast.  The hops provide a citrusy aroma and brisk bitterness. Paired with al pastor taco topped with a tropical pineapple mango avocado salsa  

OatmealStout 6.2% is an intensely dark unfiltered ale. The robust, roasty aroma gives way to a rich, complex malt flavor. Paired with a moist coconut cake topped with a fluffy meringue icing and toasted coconut.
