ICE Pilsner 4.8% paired with a crunchy potato taco filled with a cheesy poblano mashed potato, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, la cream, cilantro, and onions. 

Critical Band Tropical IPA 6.7% paired with a shrimp enchilada topped with a spicy green chili sauce and mango salsa. 

Blazing World Amber 6.8% paired with cheese filled chiles rellenos served with a puréed ranchero sauce topped with queso fresco and cilantro. 

City of the Dead Stout 7.5% paired with a boysenberry tart topped with vanilla bean ice cream, and served with an espresso laced chocolate sauce.

Nice Bushel Wheat 5.5% - American Wheat Beer that is double filtered to make it extra crisp and refreshing.  Paired with Verde Chilaquiles drizzled with la crema and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. 

Man Juice Mandarin Juiced IPA  6.5%  - A delicious American IPA brewed with Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops.  Paired with a grilled Mahi Mahi taco topped with lettuce, citrus salsa, avocado, and habanero hot sauce. 

Deep Wood Imperial IPA 9%   - Collaboration w/ Beachwood Brewing West Coast medium bodied IPA featuring provides a luxurious mouthfeel with a resinous and butter finish.  Paired with a bacon jalapeño grilled cheese on sourdough bread. 

Tanilla Porter 6.3% - Delicate intensity of Tahitian vanilla beans, smooth chocolate flavor and a rich aroma of coffee paired with homemade chocoflan drizzled with cajeta and a touch of homemade whip cream.

FOLLOW THE SUN KOLSCH 4.7% - Kölsch that is brewed with noble hops and traditional malts. Bright, crisp, and refreshing, paired with a Grilled Artichoke and seasoned remoulade dipping sauce.  

HOPPYWOOD AND BINE IPL 6.0% - This hazy imperial pale lager showcasing a rotational blend of unique hops which delivers robust flavors and resinous pine followed by a crisp malt backbone. Paired with an adobada carnitas quesadilla served with a tropical salsa.    

RED WINE BARREL-AGED RED TROLLEY 6.8% -This barrel-aged version of the award winning Red Trolley Ale is medium-bodied with flavors of toffee and hints of dried raisins and currants, aged for 6 months in Pinot Noir barrels that contribute to a slightly tannic, sweet wine-like finish. Paired with a a marinated flat iron steak topped with a pinot noir reduction sauce.  

SIX SUITS A-HANGIN' IMPERIAL BELGIAN BROWN 8.5% - This Belgian Brown is brewed with caramel and brown malts for rich flavors and a hint of vanilla paired with a banana cream pie topped with whipped cream, chocolate chunks, and caramel.

Agua Santa paired with a Mahi Mahi mini burrito filled with cilantro lime white rice, shredded lettuce, black beans, corn, cotija, and spicy mango berry salsa. 

Lizard’s Mouth Imperial IPA paired with a buffalo chicken taco, topped with blue cheese cole slaw and creamy blue cheese hot sauce. 

Zero to Sexy 6.8% paired with a chocolate tres leches cupcake topped with chocolate whipped cream icing, shaved dark chocolate, and a chocolate covered espresso bean.

Spicy creamy verde chicken enchiladas topped with onions, Cilantro, and cotija cheese paired with 7 oz pour of Tiki Hut IPA.
