Smooth IPA that lays down the foundation for a massive amount of flavors and aromatics. Golden Guava features four types of hops which combine to bring out a wealth of citrusy and tropical flavors. The added guava puree gives this this beer a huge tropical nose. Golden Guava won the silver medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championship for the Out of Bounds IPA category.

Bloomer’s Cut IPA was originally brewed to commemorate the opening of Final Gravity Taproom and Bottle Shop’s new location in Auburn, California. This all base malt IPA was brewed dry to showcase its Amarillo, Cascade, Mosaic, and Citra hops, with the blend of old and new hops.

This Amber Red Ale is too firmly hopped to be a pure Amber Ale, but too malty to be an IPA, this not-so-typical Amber Ale has a slight up-front bitterness that fades into a malt body influenced by caramel, toast, and toffee flavors. Named after Southern Pacific’s “Daylight” trains–known for their beautiful passenger cars and breathtaking views–Daylight gives hop-heads something to sip when they’re looking to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
